David moved to Aurora five years ago with his wife, Shannon, and quickly made it his forever home.

 

He grew up in Arkansas and received a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2010. He currently works as an accountant for a Fortune 500 company. Earlier in his career, he worked in marketing for a Broadway theater in New York City, the University of Nebraska, and ALDI, Inc.
 

He is a foster parent, volunteers for the Aurora Food Pantry, Aurora Community Fridge, and actively visits the homeless on a weekly basis. He lives with his wife, Shannon; child, Charlie; and dogs, Ernie, Max, and Sandy on Garfield Avenue.
